Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KuttyTail mobile app (“KuttyTail”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use KuttyTail.

KuttyTail is not a veterinary service. AI breed/trait analysis and health insights are informational and generated automatically from the data you provide. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health, and never delay or disregard professional advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KuttyTail. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You sign in using Google or email verification. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. Notify us at ivamind.apps@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use KuttyTail for your own personal, non-commercial pet-care purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the app or its infrastructure; attempt to access data that isn't yours; reverse-engineer or copy the app except as permitted by law; upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content; or use the app to violate any applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add (pet details, photos, voice notes). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the app for you — including processing photos and audio through our AI service providers to deliver features you use. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to upload it.

6. AI features

KuttyTail uses third-party AI models to transcribe voice notes, analyse photos and generate insights. AI output is automated, probabilistic and may contain errors. You should review AI-generated entries before saving and treat all insights as informational only (see the notice above).

7. Availability & changes

KuttyTail is offered on an “as available” basis and is currently in early access testing. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI output. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ivaMind Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI output or any decision affecting your pet's health. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Termination

You may stop using KuttyTail and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the app and its users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
